I'm staying with the rescue furever!

PEANUT  is a male not yet neutered medium hair brown tabby kitten with white rear toes..  He was born about Nov. 2024, then was rescued as an injured stray kitten early April 2025.  After veterinary care and resolution of the apparent bite wound of his right jaw area, he was accepted by YAPS late April to find a home.  We find Peanut to be handsome and VERY loving.  He always comes to you for affection from his resting place, often purring loudly.  When he’s in a kennel, as you approach he may reach his paws out to you, asking for your affection.  He LOVES being petted, or held in your lap/arms as long as you wish – nuzzling you & purring loudly in appreciation.  He likely has a mild neurologic birth abnormality called cerebellar hypoplasia, which causes him very mild incoordination,  not interfering with his kitten activities.  He’s a volunteer favorite due to his beautiful coat and very loving nature.
