I'm ready for my new family!

MIA is a female-spayed brown tabby cat.  She was born about May 2023, was rescued as a stray by a kind person, then reluctantly relinquished to YAPS Feb. 2025 when her owner was no longer able to keep her.  Per Mia’s prior owner: she was kept indoors only, slept on a cat tree in the day, in bed with her owner at night; she likes scratching posts and cat toys; she was playful, social & affectionate – liked lying in her lap or being held.  We find Mia to be attractive, social, & loving. She often comes to you for affection from her resting place, & may head-butt you.  If you’re sitting, she often jumps up beside you, asking for your affection.  She accepts being held in your lap or arms for short periods, and gets along well with other cats.
