I've found my furever family!

PATCHES is a female-spayed medium hair brown tabby cat with white lower face, neck, under-body, rear legs, front lower legs, and just one eye. She was born about April 2022, then adopted from YAPS.  The owner reluctantly relinquished Patches back to YAPS May 2025, when she had to move to an assisted living facility, where animals are not allowed.  We find her to be pretty, friendly, and very loving.  Although stressed by the loss of her prior home, she usually comes to you for affection from her resting place.  She likes being petted, or held in your lap/arms – may nuzzle you in appreciation.  She gets along well with other cats.  When adopted, she’ll do best if initially placed in a “Safe Room” for a few days to a week or so, to acclimatize to her new surroundings.  She’ll let you know when she’s comfortable enough to be let out to explore & enjoy her new home
