I've found my furever family!

Shamrock (524)

We're happy to tell you that Shamrock (524) has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available cats Page to see the pups currently available.

SHAMROCK is a male-neutered short hair grey/brown/black tabby feline, with black fur over most of his back, & white lower mouth & chin.  He was one of a litter of four born about mid-Nov. 2023 to a stray pregnant mother cat that showed up on the patio of the rescuer’s home.  The litter was reluctantly surrendered to YAPS mid-Jan. 2024, as the rescuer could no longer care for them.  Per his rescuer: Shamrock is very mellow and sweet; although he may initially be shy with strangers, with a calm, gentle approach he’s very loving when he feels safe, & likes to roll around on his back.  He is handsome, very playful (loves feather toys!), & very affectionate.  He prefers a quiet environment, without many people around him.  He’s initially shy with strangers, & may not come to you for affection from his resting place.  With a gentle approach he is very affectionate, and LOVES being petted – usually purrs in appreciation.  He likes being held in your lap/arms, but not for long periods.   He gets along well with his litter-mates.
