I've found my furever family!

VIXEN is a female-not yet spayed short hair tabby/calico mix feline. She was born late August 2023, rescued as one of a stray cat’s litter by a kind person who could not keep the entire litter of 5, then was accepted by YAPS December 2023.  Per the prior owner: she likes to get “up high”, and likes cat trees & cat toys; she’s reserved, gentle, & playful.  Vixen is stressed/insecure from the recent loss of her prior home, so she may or may not come to you for affection from her resting place.  She’s initially shy with strangers, but with a calm, gentle approach she warms up to you, & is affectionate.  She likes being petted (especially when relaxed in her resting place) – may purr &/or roll over for stomach rubs in appreciation.  She currently prefers not to be held.  She gets along well with other cats.
