I'm ready for my new family!

ZOE is a petite female-spayed short hair black senior cat.  She was born about May 2018, then adopted from YAPS.  The owner reluctantly relinquished her back to YAPS May 2025, when she moved to an assisted living facility, where animals are not allowed.  We find Zoe to be affectionate – appreciates a calm, quiet environment.  She usually comes to you for affection from her resting place, especially if called by her name.  If you’re sitting, she may jump up beside you for your affection.  Zoe likes being petted – may nuzzle you &/or lick you in appreciation.  She accepts being held briefly, & gets along well with other cats.  She likes cat treats. When adopted, she’ll do best if initially placed in a “Safe Room”, to acclimatize to her new surroundings.  She’ll let you know when she’s comfortable enough to be let out.
